Migrating Metadata from The SEO Framework to SEOPress

SEOPress allows you to seamlessly transfer all your metadata from The SEO Framework. Here's a list of elements you can migrate:

Title tags
Meta descriptions
Facebook Open Graph tags: title, description, and image thumbnail
Twitter tags: title, description, and image thumbnail
Meta Robots: noindex, nofollow, noarchive
Canonical URL
Redirect URL
Primary category for posts and products

Steps for Migration:

Navigate to SEO > Tools > Plugins in your WordPress dashboard.
Select The SEO Framework.
In the 'The SEO Framework' section, click on Migrate now.

That's all there is to it! Once completed, you can safely deactivate and delete The SEO Framework plugin from your WordPress admin.

Note: It's vital to ensure you're only running one SEO plugin at any given time to prevent potential overlaps and conflicts.

WARNING: The migration process will modify or delete all SEOPress post metadata. However, The SEO Framework's data will remain unaffected.
